Next Neo Shining
15/11/2023Hard to not feel intrigued by this stunning artwork, the colors and the shining effect are just beautiful. Stumbled upon this on eBay. The crease made this one an affordable buy for my masterset but as for all shining cards from Neo I’m sending this to PSA anyway.
With my next submission around the corner this addition makes it my biggest and most important one yet and I’m super excited.
